Healthy beans salad!
This is a recipe that does not require accurate measures just inspiration. This salad, which can be done in no time with all ingredients recommendable for everyone who wants a healthy diet.
Any kind of cooked and drained beans (2-3 types of beans can be mixed), 1 green and 1 red pepper finely chopped, 1 cup cooked corn and 1 red onion finely chopped. All ingredients should be well mixed. In another bowl, pour olive oil, wine vinegar, finely chopped garlic, lemon juice, salt, sugar, pepper and hot chili sauce. When you mix it, sauce for salad should be added in large bowl. Finally, add the chopped parsley.
